General Care & Storage
Preserved flowers, and particularly greenery, do not like very low or changing temperatures, nor high humidity. Products should never be watered or get wet.
Placement
Products are intended for indoor use only. We recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight, cold draughty positions, and away from humid environments like bathrooms
Leaking
On occasion, when exposed to certain conditions, preserved products can ‘leak’ from the leaves and/or stem ends, so please be careful and keep away from fabrics and furniture that could get marked.
The materials used for preserving products are all natural and vegetable based.
Handling
Preserved products are surprisingly robust and versatile but should always be handled with care to avoid crushing and bending of leaves and stems.
Continuous handling can result in some dye transfer and stickiness which can be washed using household soap or detergent.
Cleaning
Care needs to be taken when cleaning. Leaves and stems can be wiped clean using a slightly damp cloth of tissue, if required. For removal of dust, we would recommend using a hairdryer on a cool setting, or a soft cloth.
Display
Preserved flowers and greens can be used in many ways – bouquets, vase arrangements, traditional arrangements using dry foam, green panels, and so many more. Just be careful to consider positioning
Longevity
In the right conditions, preserved flowers and foliage can last for up 3-5 years or more, however the vibrancy of colours is likely to fade over time
